Professional Referral Policy

At Medimatch, we value your commitment to connecting healthcare professionals with job opportunities in the healthcare industry. To show our appreciation for your dedication and support, we have created a referral policy that rewards you for referring talented healthcare professionals to our platform. This policy outlines the rewards structure and bonuses available for your referrals.

Referral Rewards Structure:

Example: When you successfully refer one healthcare professional to Medimatch, you will receive a total reward of £105, distributed over 3 months. This equates to a monthly withdrawal of £35. Furthermore, if you refer five healthcare professionals, your monthly earnings will amount to (£35 * 5) £175, for a duration of 3 months.

Temporary/ locum Reward Structure:

At PCB Global tech we value your commitment to helping us find exceptional talent for temporary/locum shifts. The program allows you to earn between 5p and £1.00 per hour for each successful referral, depending on the total number of referrals you have made.

The temporary/locum referral reward program that allows you to earn between 5p and £1.00 per hour for each successful referral, depending on the total number of referrals you have made.This figure will increase with increasing the number of referrals.

Payment Frequency:

Referral rewards are paid out on a monthly basis. Your earned rewards will be processed and included in your monthly compensation statement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

Example Calculation:

Let's say you referred 75 individuals, each working 50 hours a month, and your referral reward rate is 15p per hour of their salary. Here's how you can calculate your earnings for the month:

(Number of Referrals) x (Hours Worked per Referral per Month) x (Referral Reward Rate) = Referral Earnings

75 x 50 x £0.15 = £562.50

In this scenario, you would earn £562.50 in referral rewards for that month.

Additional Information:

  1. Referrals must be nurses looking for job opportunities on the Medimatch platform.
  2. To qualify for referral earnings, the referred nurse must get a job through Medimatch.
  3. Additional Bonuses will be distributed once you reach the milestone of 5, 10, 15, and so on, for successful referrals.
  4. Earnings and bonuses will be paid out at the end of each monthly period, based on the total number of successful referrals during that period.
  5. There is no earnings cap on the referral policy.
  6. The referral values are subject to foreign exchange rates.
  7. To withdraw your earnings, you will need to provide your payment details.
  8. Payouts are sent 30 days after PCB Global Tech Ltd has received payments from any agencies or a third party associated with the Nurses hire.
  9. The first person to refer to the candidates will be deemed the referrer. If they are subsequently referred by another person, the additional referral will not be counted. A candidate can only be referred once.
  10. A referral is only deemed a referral if the referred nurse receives your referral code in a digital format and they register via your link. The name is then tracked by our software.
  11. Temporary referrals make money every time the nurse works bank/locum shifts in perpetuity.
  12. This referral policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to you in advance.
  13. PCB Global Tech reserves the right to withhold unpaid referrals in the case of any activity deemed inappropriate.
